Executive Leadership Consortium

The UC Davis Graduate School of Management's Executive Leadership Consortium is an educational partnership with leading Sacramento-area companies interested in developing and expanding the competencies of their managers.

The consortium brings together executives and managers from member companies in a series of interactive workshops led by the world's top business thinkers.

Why Choose the Executive Leadership Consortium?

Expand your knowledge under the guidance of the world's leading business thinkers. The consortium sets itself apart from traditional corporate training programs by bringing in leading academic researchers who study real-world business problems in Fortune 1000 companies in the U.S. and abroad. These world-class business thinkers come from the nation's top research universities, including Harvard University, Stanford University and Duke University. Their insights from the cutting-edge of applied business research is shaping the future of business.

Learn alongside your management peers from companies in Northern California. The consortium is a membership program that provides a peer network for managers in the Sacramento area. As a member, your company may send eight managers to each of the four consortium workshops offered annually, helping them to forge lasting and valuable networks.

Forge a lasting partnership with the UC Davis Graduate School of Management, the only nationally ranked business school in the Sacramento area. Member companies become a part of the larger Graduate School of Management family and receive information about business events at the School, as well as a subscription to the Innovator, our award-winning magazine that highlights business developments in the School, the area and the larger business community. Members are also invited to send managers to select breakfast briefings that feature local business leaders speaking on current business issues.
