Success in the Job Market
This year we are delighted to announce another set of positve outcomes for our MBA class, in spite of a very challenging job market. UC Davis MBA graduates have been well-received in the one of the toughest job markets in decades, demonstrating the very high level of talent represented in the class, as well as the value that employers place on an MBA from the UC Davis Graduate School of Management.

Summary of achievements, three months after graduation:

• Average starting salary for the Class of 2009 topped $74,040.
• Average signing bonus was $14,316, and ranged from $2,000 to $50,000.
• Currently, 94% of our students have accepted career positions while 82% accepted within three months of graduation.

MBA Summer Internship Placement - Graduating Class of 2009

The Graduate School of Management enjoyed strong recruitment for internships in 2009.

Summary of achievements:

• Average monthly internship salary was $4,488, and the range was $1,000 to $9,500.
• 98% of our students seeking internships secured employment.
• Approximately 92% of UC Davis MBA students found their internship experience to be rewarding.
