The board of directors meets throughout the year to discuss alumni needs, brainstorm valuable new services, create opportunities for networking and make recommendations to the School. When prospective students from your area want the inside scoop on the UC Davis MBA Program, they’ll call you. If alumni are relocating to your region, yours is the friendly voice that welcomes them and when a faculty member plans a trip to your area, you might be called upon to help organize an informal meeting. Through the Mock Interview Program, you can give the School's MBA students valuable feedback on their résumé and interview skills, and help them polish their professional manner for future job interviews. The Alumni Strategic Provider Network (ASPN) is an alumni association-driven initiative for GSM alumni who work in business, finance, law, banking, insurance and directly related fields, such as marketing, consulting and public relations. The purpose of the network is to learn new business strategies and skills, build alliances, and share referrals, successes, ideas, experiences, and goals.
